Cancellations

 EJS Beauty has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If your appointment is missed, cancelled, or changed without 24 hours notice, a fee will be charged at a rate of 50% of the missed appointment cost in order to be rescheduled.

​Please email me here to cancel or reschedule at Contactestellajane@gmail.com  or download the app and make your changes from there directly.​

While I understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances that may arise. While I am truly sympathetic to emergency situations as an independent artist I cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations.

 

Gift Card​

Gift cards are non-refundable and will be redeemable for services after purchase.

Gift cards will expire after 2 years.

Affiliate Disclosures ​

This site contains affiliate links I may receive a commission from the links provided on my webpages and blog at no extra cost to you. As an independent affiliate I earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Deposits and Refunds​

Deposits may be required to hold an appointment for new guests. Deposits are non-refundable. Larger deposits from guests that repeatedly no show or reschedule appointments may be required. No refunds will be given after services have been performed. I am willing to reevaluate a service that has not met your satisfaction within 10 days after the initial service was performed.
