Cancellations

 EJS Beauty has a 48 hour cancellation policy. I need this amount of time to allow for your last minuet cancellation to be filled.

If your appointment is missed, cancelled, or changed without 48 hours notice, a fee will be charged at a rate of 50% of the missed appointment cost in order to be rescheduled.

While I understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances that may arise. While I am truly sympathetic to emergency situations as an independent artist I cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations.

 

Gift Card​

Gift cards are non-refundable and will be redeemable for services after purchase.

Gift cards will expire after 2 years.

Deposits, Retainers and Refunds​

Deposits may be required to hold an appointment for new guests, also for certain services. Deposits are partially refundable, Retainer's are non-refundable. Larger deposits from guests that repeatedly no show or reschedule appointments may be required. No refunds will be given after services have been performed. I offer reevaluating a service that has not met your satisfaction within 10 days after the initial service was performed.
