FAQ

Here you will find a compiled list of our frequently asked questions;

How do I calculate my haircut prices?

Haircut prices are based on how much time is needed to give you your perfect cut, i feel that a haircut is not 'one size fits all.' Someone with short fine hair should not pay the same price as someone with long thick hair. In order for me to serve you best I have provided options for everyone regardless of age, race, gender ect.

How long will my vibrant hair color last?

In most cases this depends on the porosity and condition of the hair, color will fade between 3-6 weeks.

  • Dry, damaged, over processed hair will release color more quickly than healthy, smooth, maintained hair.

  •  If a regular maintenance schedule is kept, the longer your hair color

will last

How are your color prices calculated?

I base my prices on the amount of my time, product used in each service and my level of experience and education on the technique requested.

  • Color prices increase every year, same with product and tools.

  • Continuing education is my sole re$ponsibility, it allows me to grow and learn to give you the best experience possible.

How much time should I plan for each service?

Between 60-300 minutes.

  • Be sure to bring a snack and a drink for a long service.

  • It can be hard to gauge how much time will be spent on our first visit together, depending on what you're having done.

  • Color Corrections are priced hourly and are between 4-8 hours.

 $25 consultation

  • Book a 20-30 minuet appointment so I can preform a strand test and discuss any questions or concerns that I may be able to clarify better in person. Bring inspiration photos for makeup or hair colors and styles. This gives me a chance to get to know your hair history and allows me to formulate the best plan of action on how to get you to your desired goal. <3

  •  Strand test

This is where I test how your hair may react to the lightening process using bleach or permanent hair color on an isolated strand of hair. This allows me to see how your hair may lift when going lighter with your hair color.

  •  Skin Patch test

A small amount of color is applied to the inside of elbow and covered with a band-aid for 24 hours, this helps determine whether or not there is an allergy to the product present.

Both are available upon request during consultation.
