New Policies and procedures
My highest priority has continually been the health, safety and well-being of you, myself and our community. I have outlined the steps I will be taking to ensure those who I am serving and myself do not become a catalyst for an outbreak.
I ask that you text me when you arrive and remain in your car as the front door will be locked. I will text you and let you into the building after I've sanitized my equipment and studio space.
Before you enter the building I will be using a thermal digital thermometer to check your temperature, if it reads 100 degrees or more I will need to reschedule your appointment.
Everyone in the building is required to wear a mask, please wear one that goes around your ears. If you do not have one I will have some disposable masks on hand for $4 each.
A new clean drape will be used for each client. (As always)
Between each client, I am routinely cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting my studio to ensure a clean space for my next guest. I am certified and up to date on how to use hospital grade disinfectant. Proper sanitation practice is a huge part of my training as a cosmetologist.
Please contact me to re-schedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household are experiencing illness/respiratory symptoms.
I am waiving my 24 hour cancellation fee until 6/31/2020.

Estella Jane Style LLC has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

I realize there are unforeseen circumstances that come up in people's day to day lives. While I am truly sympathetic to emergency situations, I as a small business cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minuet cancellations.
Gift card policy
Gift cards are non refundable and will only be redeemable for services after purchase.
Gift cards will expire after 2 years.
If a service requires a deposit, (extensions, weddings, photo-shoot) the deposit is non refundable.
Deposits are required to hold a future appointment slot on my calendar. I will also require deposits from guests that repeatedly miss or change appointments.
